Guest House Accommodation at Strathness House, Inverness
Each of our bedrooms is comfortably furnished with attention given to the needs of our guests. All rooms have private en-suite facilities with showers (sorry, no baths available), flat screen TV with "Freeview" viewing, Hostess Tray providing Tea and coffee, direct dial telephone and free internet access to all guests with wireless-enabled laptops or smartphones.
All rooms have central heating, which is controlled independently by each room.
8 out of our 12 rooms have river views and are situated across two floors.
Our rooms are a combination of single, twin, double and family rooms (family rooms are able to accommodate 3 persons as they contain one double bed and one single bed). We also can provide a travel cot for infants of ages 0 to 24 months for a small charge.

Guest House Room Rates
Single: FROM 50GBP per room per night
Double: FROM 70GBP per room per night (one bed)
Twin: FROM 70GBP per room per night (two separate beds)
Family: FROM 80GBP per room per night (one double bed and one single bed)
These are average rates, please email or call for a more detailed rate. Our rates vary in accordance to the season (for example: high summer season and low, quiet season).
Please note that reduction of price is considered if you only require continental breakfast, that is tea/coffee, cereal, fruit juice and toast. Please ask at time of enquiry.
